Argentina U23 head coach Javier Mascherano has named his 18-player football squad for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. The roster includes four players who were part of Argentina's squad at the recent World Cup in Qatar: Julian Alvarez, Enzo Fernandez, Alexis Mac Allister, and Cristian Romero.
Argentina has a rich history in the Olympic football tournament, having won the gold medal in 2004 and 2008. They also won the silver medal in 1928 and the bronze medal in 1996.
